Dividing Planned Order Quantity and Running Online Replan - Results Not As Expected (Doc ID 1995055.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, User Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Dividing planned order quantity

The problem is when decreasing the planned order quantity and then running the on line Re-plan (to divide the demand of the forecast on 2 or more planned orders)
The first time the application calculates the second line correctly ( 2nd line quantity= Demand - 1st line quantity).
If I decrease the second line to divide the 2nd line into 2 or more lines, the application calculates it wrong.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The correct result should be that the application calculates the new line quantity by (Demand – Sum of all lines quantities)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Supply Chain Planning
2. Supply Chain Plan - > Launch (Run the plan)

3. Planner Workbench -> Supply/Demand Form  -> Split planned order quantity
4. run re-plan twice

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the results of the plan
