Symptoms

On : 8.3.2 version and above, P6 Professional with a Cloud Connection.

When attempting to launch Tools/Claim Digger (or Schedule Comparison) in P6 Professional, the following error occurs:

"The remote mode settings are not configured. Contact your administrator."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into P6 Professional.
2) Launch Claim digger or Schedule Comparison from the "Tools" menu.

Due to this issue, users cannot use Claim Digger.
