Clearance Is Getting Stucked In Conflict Checking

When trying to approve a clearance using Parent Item / Zone and this Item Parent have a huge number of transactional item below it, it get stucked in "Conflict Checking" status.
Steps To Recreate:
1 - Create a clearance with Item Parent / Zone level using an Item Parent with more than 100 transactional items below it.
2 - Approve it
3 - Note that the Conflict Check Alert Window returns informing that the Conflict Check have finished with success.
4 - The status of the clearance is still on "Conflict Checking"
