Getting Error While Trying To Search A Deal Which Has Apostrophe(') In Its Name

Symptoms
Unable to identify all the deal names which contains apostrophe('). This does not give any error but deal is not shown in search record.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Login to OMIPM application
- Go to Menu ->Royalty Management->Development Project
- Search for the deal by giving deal name (having “ ‘ “).
- Deal is not shown in search page.
