Memory Based Planner

Users are running an unconstrained plan. They see planned orders for supply created way beyond the need date for the demand and they note the Planning Time Fence (PTF) date is much greater than the number of days calculated from the organization item attributes in the source instance. The planned orders in question will become internal requisitions. The users also have profile MRP:Firm Internal Req Transferred to OE = Yes in the ASCP instance


STEPS

1. Run unconstrained ASCP plan
2. Review workbench output
3. See planned orders for supply due out much further than expected based on ASCP calculated PTF date
