Symptoms

In Network Charging and Control (NCC) v5.0.2, when changing a balance value via the Provisioning Interface (PI) with the CCSCD1 command, as following:


If the value is set (in the first command) to a value that is higher than the absolute value of the negative value in the second command, then it works.
In the first example: 0 < abs(-50000) => NACK
In the second example: 60000 >= abs(-50000) => ACK
