Symptoms
MSC – Error while creating Application Instances
We are trying to create application instances (Advanced Planning Administrator > Admin > Instances). But on the form, it is giving us the following errors:

ORA-14313: Value 1 does not exist in partition ST_CALENDAR_DATES_DEF

ORA-06512: at line 1
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_APPS_INSTANCES_T1", line 10
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.MSC_APPS_INSTANCES_T1'

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-14313.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Planning Administrator > Admin > Instances
2. On the instance form, we will up the following values:
Field Value
Instance Code TST
Instance Type Process
Version 12.2.4
GMT Difference 0
Currency PKR
Rest of the fields is left as default.
3. Error occurs when form is saved.
