ASCP Not Honoring Order Modifiers For MPS Item Demands Included As A Demand Schedule (Doc ID 1996277.1)

This seems to be an issue throughout the instance.
For eg. we have part #1234 , in the Org MFG. Even though we have set "Fixed Order qty" = 1 and "Fixed days supply" = 1, Plan is still not suggesting planned orders of 1 qty per day.
This is happening for items collected on an MPS that is attached to the MRP plan as a Demand Schedule.

In the Source instance, the Item Entries form is being used for all the items on the MPS. Quantities and Dates are being entered for all items.
The MPS is not run in the Source before being collected.

All of the Planned Orders created by the MRP plan for these items are shown as Firmed and are not following the Order Modifiers.

There are no PTF settings on this plan and no lead times to cause the Firming of planned orders.
