Getting Blank Pages in Workbench (Doc ID 1996291.1)

Various issues were found with Workbench.

Getting Page Not Found(404) Error or the following error when accessing the live site (e.g. http://<server>:<workbench_port>/<site_name>).

In Workbench, the right side of Experience Manager does not get loaded.

Seeing blank page for 'EAC Admin Console' and 'User Management' in Workbench.

After making changes in Experience Manager, promote_content fails.

Intermittently, saving changes in Experience Manager fails.
