“Invalid Parameters” Error While Trying to Edit a Worksheet Purchase Order (Doc ID 1996539.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.0.x, While trying to open an order in worksheet status fails with the following error

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Ordering > Orders.
  2. Select Action as "New Order".
  3. Enter all the necessary information and click Items.
  4. Enter some items and item quantities.
  5. Click OK on the PO Header Maintenance.
  6. Select Action as "Edit Order" on the Order Search screen.
  7. Enter Order ID above and click OK.  Note the error: "Invalid Parameters".
