Goal

The  goal of this document is to provide instruction for using dbsetup for automatic installation or upgrade of a P6 EPPM 15.1 or later database.

This knowledge base document is for P6 EPPM only due to the instruction missing from the P6 EPPM documentation (documentation bug reference:  Bug 17899092 : 'DBSETUP' USAGE INSTRUCTIONS NOT PROVIDED IN 8.X EPPM DOCS).  Note, the documentation was not natively included because automated upgrade or installation can be completed using the P6 EPPM Configuration Wizard in replace of the DBSetup wizard.

Instruction for P6 PPM can be found in the Administrator's Guide located on the Oracle Technology Network
