HDR: ITI-41 CDA Document Import Does Not Store NullFlavor Code That Contains OriginalText (Doc ID 1996709.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 28, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Healthcare Data Repository - Version 7.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

After applying patch 7.0.1.1, the  <code nullFlavor="OTH"><originalText>testing</originalText></code> can now be stored. But it fails when trying to store <code nullFlavor="OTH"><originalText>XXXX....</originalText></code> where the input is more than 4000 'X' in originaltext which exceed the varchar2(4000) column value for originaltext in ctb_core_act_cd_sets table. By right, the HDR code should check whether the text length is greater than 4000 and store any text that is greater in ED table, then put the ED_ID in original_text_ed_id column in ctb_core_act_cd_sets table.

Below is the error message:

MESSAGE = JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[216901 1 1 ] in CtbCoreActCdSetEO  JBO-27010: Attribute set with value XXX for OriginalText in CtbCoreActCdSetEO has invalid precision/scale RIM Object Id: {1.2.2.3.4-btest005@prodt04ProblemOBS002Stat; 1.3.4.6.8-49157}
