ISSUE CLARIFICATION
===================
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 2.2.0.5 with the 2.2.0.6, 2.2.0.7, 2.2.0.8, and 2.2.0.14 one-off patches applied,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Users are not able to login to database using the database accounts due to a logon trigger taking a long time time to execute.
Login to sqlplus/Toad/SQLDeveloper hangs.
The logon trigger is taking time to execute the queries in cdr_exe_environment.establishLogonContext.
This is happening after applying the LSH 2.2.0.14 patch.
This is an intermittent but frequent issue, mostly after when a lot of jobs are executed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the login to database using LSH DB accounts should be allowed within few seconds.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login to LSH database with an LSH DB user.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to build the Informatica mappings which are required for study.
