Symptoms

Some messages are not being delivered and logs show our attempt to send is being refused by some servers, because we are only sending an "HLO" instead of an "EHLO/HELO".

Changes

An upgrade between some versions of 7.0.4 or earlier versions of 7.0.5 to later versions of 7.0.5 may cause you to start noticing this message in your logs. For example, this would be noticed when upgrading from 7.0.4.24 to 7.0.5.31.
