Unable to generate a Change Management record from a Correspondence Received record.
When attempting to initiate a Change Management record from a Correspondence Received record, one of the following errors may occur:
Error committing transaction:; nested exception is: javax.ejb.EJBException: Unable to update ChangeManagementMain
nested throwable: (javax.transaction.RollbackException: [com.arjuna.ats.internal.jta.transaction.arjunacore.commitwhenaborted] [com.arjuna.ats.internal.jta.transaction.arjunacore.commitwhenaborted] Could not commit transaction.)
