PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
When an In-Service Bandwidth connection is un-assigned between two network elements and then when the same bandwidth circuit is searched to assign to
the same network elements, the Connection Search Window does not retrieve the searched bandwidth circuit.

BUSINESS IMPACT
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
This is impacting the procedures implemented for the end-users.
This used to work in 6.2.1.b696 but does not work anymore in 6.2.1.b804.

WORKAROUND
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Instead of going thru the steps of Unassociating/Removing Specs/Deleting
Relationship, just Delete the Relationship - it works normally.
