On : 9.0 or above version, Workflow Module

When attempting to verify a workflow, the following error occurs.

There was an error processing the request

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the setup module and select to edit the given workflow
2. In the diagram select to view and then, verify
3. Then the error will be prompted

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the given workflow.
