Event LLT Code becomes different between English and Japanese when Encoded (Doc ID 1997585.1)

Symptoms

When an Event term which was entered on Japanese screen and coded by MeddraJ is Encoded on English screen by Meddra,
the LLT Code becomes different on the event term meddra Hierarchy between English and Japanese screens.

HOW TO REPEAT:
---------------------
1)Log in to application by ARGUS J USER UserType user.

2)Create a new case.
3)On Japanese screen of Case Form >> Events screen, enter an Event Term.
Description to be Coded = Japanese <Cerebrum embolism>
('DaiNou-SokuSen-Shou' in Japanese)
4)Save the case.

J-LLT:Japanese <Cerebral embolism> (10008108)
E-LLT:Cerebral embolism (10008108)
5)Switch screen language mode to English or English/Japanese split screen, or logout and login by ARGUS USER UserType user and open the same case.
6)On English screen of Case Form >> Events screen,
Click [Encode] button. Meddra Browser opens.
7)Select 'Cerebral artery embolism' and click [OK].
8)Save the case.
