Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) displays a blank screen if the user searches a transaction with an incorrect transaction number (less than 12 digits).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to Central Office.
  2. Click on Transaction Tracker.
  3. Click on Search By Transaction link.
  4. Enter Transaction Number - any number less than 12 digits.
  5. Click on Search button.
  6. Blank screen is displayed, and user is logged out of the application.
