After a new installation of the Oracle Retail Allocation 14.1 application, the allocation deployment is not becoming 'Active' and is failing with the below error message in the Allocation application WebLogic console. Because of this the allocation application is not getting launched.
Steps for the scenario:
- Install the Allocation 14.1 application.
- Check that deployment is in failed status.
- When the deployment is started, the above message is seen in the WebLogic console.
