CTO Doesn't Complete with Error: "com.agile.admin.client.value.AdminException: Node 1 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already."

Symptoms

Agile Content Services, 933

CTO Doesn't Complete with Error: "com.agile.admin.client.value.AdminException: Node 1 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already."

Destination protocol is "Agile"  using Default Package Service

The source system is 933, the target system is 931.

ACS outputs fine to a local destination using the same filters.

 

CTO transmission using the Agile 9.3.1. "target system" as destination,  fails with the following error:
<Where Sent.Transmission Status>WAS<Extracting>IS<Failure><Where Sent.Transmission Notes>WAS<>IS<com.agile.admin.client.value.AdminException: Node 1 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already.>
