Symptoms

On : 8.1.x or higher version, P6 Services

When attempting to summarize / publish a project, the following error occurs.

ERROR IN THE APPLICATION INTERFACE:

Job status Failed

A Threadpool thread PrmThread-15 was determined to be non responsive, a new thread has been created. STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
   1. Open Activities screen for a project.
   2. Click Actions->Summarize / publish project.
   3. Refresh screen.
   4. Actions -> View Service status -> Failed

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot summarize / publish projects.
