Lingering Assignments When User Has To Change Device (Doc ID 1998245.1)

When a user's device fails and they start work on another device, the assignments on the first device are not removed as expected.
This is something the system should automatically clean up and not rely on a user to go through assignments one by one to manually decline them.

This typically happens at the end of the day when a device has failed, a new one is given to the crew and they log in and end the shift.
