One-click solution to navigating to Control Central while clearing the Control Search and the global context (dashboard) (Doc ID 1998268.1)

Goal

With the change from the classic look UI to the fusion UI, all the top menu are now removed.

The Customer Reps heavily rely on is the use of Control Central Search (CTRL+L) button on the top menu. Since this button is now removed, customers are using the base navigation option Control Central (CI0000001399).

The navigation option is also in the demo data and being used in the Main Menu as well.

When the navigation option is used in the Main Menu, or as a Home page, the details in the Control Central Search and the dashboard are cleared out.

The problem is when the navigation option is used as a favorite link, the information is not cleared out. This can potentially confuse a CSR when working from one customer to another.
