Symptoms
In a VCP 12.2.4.1 Instance (Decentralized APS Environment):
When running 'Planning Data Collection' (Standard Collections), the 'Planning ODS Load' completes with the following error:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: Bulk Bind: Truncated Bind
Note the following error text shown at the bottom of the program log file:
