On Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), it appears that FTP processes are stuck in WAIT status intermittently after having updated Transfer Rate. The following error is intermittently found:

strBatchId : OFSA_FTP_PROC1_20140731_6 | strComponentId : Transfer Pricing Engine | Process ID : 292273 | User ID : XXXX | AS_OF_DATE : 07/31/2014 Connection to the following database was successful: ofsaadb
Running TP, Process ID: 292273
INFORM : Engine execution Successful.
*** glibc detected *** ofstp: free(): invalid next size (fast): 0x00002aaaac1121a0 ***

The error appears intermittent and the FTP process may only hang once in five executions with the same data.

The issue can be reproduced intermittently with the following steps:
1. Run FTP Processes from batch with multiple tasks
2. Batch hangs and does not complete
