Unable To Start Scheduler With 'java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.jms.JMSException' and Weblogic/JDeveloper Compatibility (Doc ID 1998692.1)

Goal

We are running WebLogic 10.3.6 and upgraded Jdeveloper to 11.1.1.2.  We have upgraded MWM to v2.1.0.6 from v2.1.0.4.

After the upgrade we are unable to start the scheduler. The error thrown is, "Problem caught in scheduler process control main loop java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/jms/JMSException"
