If the calculated Project Portfolio Management (PPM) has decimals and is rounded up to 0 due to multiplication and/or rounding results in a zero (0) quantity for the Mass (%) and/or PPM for ANY substance in the external composition, the substance is considered invalid.

Example : If the BOM Qty = 0.00001 is multiplied by an MPN Mass = 0.000001, the calculated total of 0.00000000001 will round to 0 as 6 decimal places for the final result.
