Goal

Scenario:-

Event Notification is not working for custom opcode.

It is configured in /config/notify object that on occurrence of event /event/billing/product/action/purchase, a custom opcode has to be called.

Steps to replicate:-

1) Make an entry in pin_notify for custom opcode against event /event/billing/product/action/purchase. Load it using load_pin_notify.
2) Create account and add subscription.
