Is CCB22.214.171.124.0 Supported if SSL 3.0 and SSL 2.0 Are Disabled and TLS1.0 Enabled?

As Microsoft is planning to desupport Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 3.0 and SSL 2.0 protocols, and also for privacy vulnerability reasons, the SSL 3.0 and SSL 2.0 protocols might need to be disabled on Internet Explorer.
Is Customer Care and Billing (CCB) 184.108.40.206.0 supported in a configuration with SSL 3.0 and SSL 2.0 disabled, and with TLS1.0 enabled?
Also Transport Level Security (TLS) 1.1 and TLS 1.2 might need to be enabled, when Java Development Kit (JDK) 1.7 will be certified with CCB 220.127.116.11.0.
