CCSCD9=QRY Does Not Properly Read CCS_ACCT_REFERENCE Profile Tags (Doc ID 1999395.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 12, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 5.0.2 to 5.0.2 [Release 5.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Provisioning Interface (PI) "CCSCD9=QRY" command does not properly read the CCS_ACCT_REFERENCE profile and does not return the requested profile tag values.

Despite the profile tags properly loaded with values, using the acsProfile to read the profile tag values :

It is clear from that PImanager DEBUG output that no values are returned for :

Given the acsProfile snapshot from above, we expect to recover a value for "Nat_Tariff", out of the requested tags from the CCSCD9=QRY PI command query.

The problem happens with the Oracle Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) software version 5.0.2.

It is expected that the "CCSCD9=QRY" PI command properly reads and returns all values from the CCS_ACCT_REFERENCE profile.
