Symptoms

The loss of functionality: The system is usable but the data can not be used.
The sequence of events: Run D1-IMD batch on MDM instance
Where it happened: Production environment
The significance of loss / customer impact: The records remain in pending state and and batch is ending without finalizing them
Include specific error messages (error number with syntax): Unshifted datetime cannot be null
What IS working: other MDM functionalities have not been impacted
What is the expected or acceptable result?: the D1-IMD must batch complete successfully
What about the system has recently changed? N/A
