Users Cannot Log Out Successfully from SIM Handheld Device (Doc ID 1999834.1)

Symptoms

When using the Store Inventory Management (SIM) 14.0.x handheld (HH) device, users are unable to log out successfully.   This is a potential security issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to SIM HH device.
  2. Note that the screen shows #7 for logout.
  3. Press 7 and note that nothing happens. The screen remains the same.
