Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.0.x, we receive the following error while performing a receiver unit adjustment (RUA):

FRM: 40509-ORACLE error:Unable to UPDATE Record


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Inventory --> Receiving --> Receiver Unit Adjustment.
  2. Open the form and select a shipment for which you need the adjustment.
  3. Enter corrected quantity and press OK.
