PCM_OP_BULK_DELETE_OBJ Fails If Any Object Is Present In A Transaction (Doc ID 2000364.1)

Symptoms

It has been detected that the opcode PCM_OP_BULK_DELETE_OBJ fails when you launch it inside a transaction of on object without nothing to delete.

Here are 3 test cases shown the issue:-

In the first case, we opened a transaction and deleted some bill objects where at least one is present. We then tried to delete /group without any object to delete.
The opcode failed to delete /group.

In the second case we opened a transaction and deleted some bill objects where at least one is present and they deleted some group objects where at least one is present.
The opcode successfully deleted the objects.

In the third case, we didn't open a transaction and deleted some bill objects where at least one is present and deleted /group without any object to delete.
The opcode successfully deleted the objects.
