Symptoms
When a Bandwidth Circuit is named manually on an ASR, a new serv_item_id is created, instead of using the already created serv_item_id with REFERENCE_NUMBER = 00001. There are no problems when a circuit is created manually via Circuit Identification – List. This results in more circuit on the list than request by customer.
