Security Administration Error in AIP Online when User Tries to Login after Password Change (Doc ID 2001051.1)

Symptoms

When an Administraor changes any user password with the option selected to change their password at next login, that user will fail to login.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login into AIP Online Application as an administrator.
2. Change a user's password and also select the option for user to change password at next login.
3. Try to login as that user. RESULT: Login failed.

Workaround:

1. Login into AIP Online Application as an administrator.
2. Change a user's password and also select the option not to change password at next login.
3. Try to login as that user. RESULT: User logs in successfully.
