OBIEE Failed To Fetch Data From OCSG When Admin Port Enabled on NT

OCSG PRM-OBIEE Integration OCSG PRM installed (5.1) and configured, also installed OBIEE. Enabled admin port on NTs with SSL.
When trying to integrate PRM with OBIEE for reports, OBIEE is not able to fetch the data from OCSG. Database is on RAC environment, obieeprdb available on two instances. Two users were created.
OBIEE is able to get the template from OCSG but data is not getting retrieved.
