Symptoms

OSM build version: 7.2.4.0.0.1427

OSM installation fails with the error ORA-01658: unable to create INITIAL extent for segment in tablespace LARGE_INDEX .

Also noticed during install that OSM requires 50 gigabytes to allocate space for database schema, for example: Order Index Tablespace LARGE_INDEX of size 1500MB will require 50800MB space. Usually an OSM installation requires 31 or 32 Mb only for tablespace.
