Connection Error Setting Up EBS Provider Deployment (The Network Adapter Could not Establish the Connection) (Doc ID 2001616.1)

When attempting to setup and test EBS Deployment in Primavera Gateway the following error occurs.

Error in Connection. Verify connection parameters and try again.
The response was:


In Primavera Gateway Application Server Logs (user_projects/domains/PrimaveraGateway/servers/<Server>/logs) the following errors are recorded:


<java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection>
<at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection.logon(>

<Caused by: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection>
<Caused by: Connection timed out>


Note: To capture these errors in log stdout and stderr need to be enabled in Weblogic (under Logging tab).
