Why the Indexer Crawl Job Failed With "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError" Against OLT Related Libraries? (Doc ID 2002465.1)

Symptoms

The Indexer crawl job failed with "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError" against OLT related libraries.  Typically you may see errors (similar to below depending on which olt library was missing) in the indexer wrapper logfile:

Another error might be.

       at com.inquira.scheduler.job.Task.run(Task.java:1273)
       at com.inquira.scheduler.workclient.WorkClient$TaskThread.run(WorkClient.java:393)

This can cause indexing of the articles to fail.
