The database shows a large volume of DML (Data Manipulation Language) statements such as INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, SELECT over the following Oracle Commerce messaging tables:

The large volume of insert and delete statements decreases the effectiveness of the tables' indexes, decreases the database performance, and may impact the overall site performance.

What are the best practices to solve this problem?

Can these tables be changed to NOLOGGING?

Can the indexes for these tables be dropped?
