Base Class Object Type For Filters Is Not Retrieved Using SDK (Doc ID 2003147.1)

Symptoms

When trying to load all the filters through sdk and retrieve the object type on Filters tab, the base class objects are not retrieved.

Expected Behavior
When trying to load all the filters through sdk and retrieve the object type on Filters tab, the base class objects are retrieved.

FACT:
If the object type for filter is the class or subclass (not the base class), the object type is retrieved correctly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Java Client, Admin > System Settings > Agile Content Service > Filters
2. Create test-filter1 with Object: Changes (Base Class)
3. Create the sdk sample program like below and compile and run it.
