No Rows Processed within 48th hours during the HDM to HCD Load (Doc ID 2003185.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE CLARIFICATION

On Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration (OHADI) 3.0 version with Informatica,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running the HDM to HCD load (Informatica),
• For W_HCD_PATIENT_D, there are around 12.8 Million records in HDM and the load is running for 48 hours and not a single record was processed.
• For W_HCD_USER_D, there are 467719 records in HDM and it took more than 5 hours to load in HCD for this table.
Since the Patient data is not getting loaded, it is not possible to proceed with other loads.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the ETL process should complete faster.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. From Informatica PowerCenter Workflow Manager connect to OHADI 3.0 repository;
2. Go to HCD_INITIAL_LOAD folder and run the HDM to HCD loaders/workflows:
    wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_DAY_D
    wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_TIME_OF_DAY_D
    wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_DIAGNOSIS_D
    wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_PATIENT_D
