Issue In Printing Multiple Tickets With Different Ticket Formats (Doc ID 2003682.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.1 version, Other

The multiple tickets are not printing and Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher does not have multiple jobs appearing in the job history.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Go to Ticket Print screen.
  2. Select multiple records from listing screen where ticket formats are different.
  3. Select print ticket button and select the printer.
  4. The message ticket has been printed is displayed.
  5. The multiple tickets are not printing and BI Publisher does not have multiple jobs appearing in the job history.
