While attempting to assign external attributes to a department, if the display order is changed, the following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Admin -> Setup -> Ext.Attributes -> Assign to Dept.
2. Insert a Dept value in the proper field.
3. Go to 'Display Order' box and change the order for at least two fields.
5. The error message appears.
