DSD Order Created In SIM Fails To Process In RMS Database When Cancelled Quantity Is Resubmitted

DSD order created in SIM fails to get processed in RMS database with the following error when cancelled quantity is resubmitted.

Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_DSD.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] Error ORA-01407: cannot update ("RMS"."ORDLOC"."QTY_ORDERED") to NULL returned by program unit ORDER_STATUS_SQL.ADJUST_DSD_ORDER.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a DSD and receive the quantity in SIM.
2. Verify that DSD received message processed in RMS.
3. Now alter the DSD receiving by cancelling the same qty from SIM.
4. Verify that cancel message also process to RMS and received qty goes back to 0.
5. Now receive the qty again from SIM.
6. It has been identified that it fails in RIB stating error in ordloc table.
