Allocation Summary Screen Does Not Load (Doc ID 2004275.1)

When trying to open an Allocation, nothing happens and after some time a timeout occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an allocation.
  2. Approve an allocation.
  3. When allocation status is Processed and Approved, open the allocation again.
  4. Notice that the Summary page does not load.
