Constraint Violation On EQUIPMENT UPDATE

During a data loader operation, constraint violations occur because two pieces of equipment are actually swapping names that match exactly. This is preventing the loader from operating, as the name is already present in the data, as it tries to assign the new name. The following constraint violation occurs:
