On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 18.104.22.168.0 version, Infranet Install,
Intermittently 'dm_ldap_email' is failing to get “binddn & password” values from configuration to make connection. So, at that time if any “add email/change email password” comes it failing with “AUTHORIZATION_FAIL” error.
